1）A cyclist(student) was killed by hitting the rear wheel of a right-truning truck in the street out of Smith college last year. And, it judged it is the byclist's fault;
2) Many people have seen some byclist not follow the trafic light or rule. And, many people ride bike without knowing the rules, or skills to protect them.
