更新：警察報告。

Vehice one traveling westbound street, stopped to turn left into parking lot of 36 washingto street. Witness vehicle travling eastbound had stopped to allow vehicle one turn into parking lot. Vehicle one was in the driveway when the cyclist traveling eastbound struck the right real quarter panel.

cyclist flew over the vehicle truck, landing on the sidewalk. Minor injuries noted an cyclist transported by AMR ambulance to NWH.

１）警察當時說，第二天哪道報告，但是一直沒出。
２）報告上沒寫，誰的過錯，正常麽？
３）Witness當時告訴我，他告訴警察，“You drive your car totally correct, the cyclist ride bike too fast.”。警察是當地警察，應該知道，這是學校區，從我車的損壞程度也可看出，他車速太快。為什麽沒寫在報告裏？
