by yourself. it is a very tricky, complicated matter unless you have hard-core evidence on hand. Find an experienced lawyer. laywer usually does not charge any penny before a case is sucessfully settled. I experienced this one and later on gave up. I witnessed a few. It is very difficult to prove employment based discrimination. They can screw you but never leave any trace of hard-core evidence. without evidence, you can not win.
