As for a510050, if you find it irresistible to throw random judgments at people you don't know, the internet is apparently the safest place to do so. You obviously don't need to take any responsibility for what you say.

It goes without saying that we all need to back out before we can drive. I understand that if anyone is backing up and an accident happened, it is a clear-cut case. But I know what I did and I feel certain that I could not be the only person to ever experience it, or in general, if someone has fought insurance company for his/her rights, I'd appreciate hearing from you. If you simply want to throw in your opinion, however negative and baseless, feel free to do so to.
