Hi TigerLady,
Thanks for your input!
I don't have (never sign) a buyer rep agreement with the Agent B. For the two buyer rep agreements signed with Agent A, there is no dates (service period) specified in the second-time signed agreeement. However, the expired date in the first-tine signed agreement covers the period the offer ted to.
The worst case is that I give up the place I've sigend up, and wait to the agreement period over with the Agent A. However, it's something I really don't like to pursuit for.
Is there any kinda of "consumer protection" that I can escalate my concern to? Shall I take the initiative to file a complain or wait to see what happen next?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
