我和LG準備買房，我和LG各出２５％，我方父母出了５０％，
１。如果房產上麵寫我占７５％，LG占２５％，我們離婚，請問是不是我會拿到７５％的房子錢？
２。我們能不能寫一份書麵同意書，寫如果我死了，那５０％的房子錢歸還給我父母。寫這個東西需要律師嗎？
隻是想保障父母的利益，請大俠隻招
