I don't understand why you need go to court second time. I think it is because you talk too much abouth lawyer and translation.

My first time appeal to court only spend me 5 mins. It is a "No turn on red" case. The judge is very nice and she dismissed my case even I still didn't tell her any reason. So just tell judge your case, it is very easy.
