I rent a condo last Feb through a management company. But the air condition need to be replaced because it's too old and doesn't work at all. Now the management company asked the condo owner to replace the compressor but they refused 'cause it's too expensive (over 3k).
The management company said because of this, I can move out without any penalty (i signed a one year lease).
Is that reasonable? If I don't want to move, anything I can do? I read the contract, but it just says the management company should maintain all the listed equipments. By the way, I'm in Nevada.
Lease problem, please help.
