Question about the form 8880? stp, thanks!

I will fill the form 8880 and have some questions.

We file jointly.

I read the specific instruction and confused. Should I complete only the column B? or I need fill both column a and b.

line 1, I fill the Roth IRA.
line 2, I fill the elective deferrals.

Is that correct?
