emergency, help!!!!

I had a car accident 2 yrs ago. It is my fault.My insurance lawyer said that this is a piece of cake, and he will take care of this.
I just received an order from the circuit judge yesterday

In this order, it was written:

“This cause was set for hearing before the undersigned on April 7, 2007, … , default judgment having been entered herein on or about February 12, 2007. This Court heard the sworn testimony of the plaintiff, … , and is of the opinion that the plaintiff, should be and is hereby awarded a Judgment against the defendant, xx in the amount of$50,500.00 for personal injury and property damage incurred by the Plaintiff as result of …”

My liablity insurance just cover injury at most 25,000 each person, and car at most 20,000. However, the plaintiff's car is worthy 3000$. I have to pay for 22500$for injury. That is a huge amount that I do not have ability to pay.My wife goes to undergraduate school, and my daughter goes to day care. I just make 36000$/year.

I really need you guys help. any suggestions?
