緊急求助：買房子closing不了怎麽辦？

我上個月4日， 和一家人簽了buy-sell contract to sell my house to them,定於三月14日closing， 3月10日(周六)的時候這家女主人請求在周末搬進去，要不他們要多交一個月的房租給他們的房東，看著他們抱著3歲的孫女還有一個殘疾的女兒，心一軟，就給了他們鑰匙同意他們搬進去了，想著反正還有4天就closing了。

沒想到他們到4月都不能closing，天天說明天closing。上周三(四月4日)我給他們最後通告 that they must move out if they can not close the deal by Friday (April 6, 2007), and the wife agreed. 我今天去check up，這家男人居然說his wife說的不算，還惡狠狠的說 “就是不搬，你找法院也要給我30時間才會搬出去！”

我真是差點被氣死了， 好心不得好報，怪不得我的同事們都說我天真！我在象牙塔
待久了，沒想到世間竟有這樣壞的人。

懇請老貓及個位朋友指教怎樣才能讓他們在最短的時間搬出我的房子(這種人就是他
們有錢，我也不把房子賣給他們)，在此敬謝了。
