Understood, nothing u can do about feedback

I once sold an item,and the buyer never paid me, and after I got the listing fee back from ebay, ironically, he left a negative feedback for me saying he paid me but didn't receive the item, I was so upset, but ebay still won't remove that for me -- even ebay refunded me which means they admitted that the seller didn't pay me.. so forget about the feedback, just concerntrate on paypal to get yr money back!
