A Partnership LLC is just like how it is named - partnership, which means all partners own part of the company and should share profit/liability. Also, a partnership has an Operating Agreement that all partners have to create together and sign. In it the operation of the company, including how each partner should be responsible for the business, is defined.

You'd better talk to a lawyer. But from what you described, if I were you I would not do it.
