Hi all,
This is my 3rd attempt to post a question. The first 2 times were not successful because they were not added to the forum. I think I must have done something wrong. Please bear with me if this is a redundance, and sorry about that.
Here is my question:
We have a new neighbor moved in not long ago. Their young kids often came to my backyard without invitation and had fun playing with my play set. My friend told me that if a kid gets hurt seriously in my property, the parents can sue me. Is she right? I am worried now because we are not at home during the day in weekdays. Therefore we can't watch them or ask them to leave. Building a fence costs a lot of money and is not an option right now. Taking down the play set is not fair to my kids and besides it's quite new and we paid a lot of money for that. What can we do to protect ourselves? Thanks in advance for any help.
