rule #1:if u get taxable allowance,or no allowance or no reimbursement then you can deduct expenses.

rule #2:if you get a tax-free allowance you can not deduct expenses.

rule #3if you get a tax free reimbursement,you can not deduct actual expense(which is ur case),otherwise you will be getting a double advanage.
