Fajushi or stp,etc.pls help me

My wife is going to apply visa in China to visit me (H4,she was here for 4 years , went back to visit her family in China January last year ) ,but she doesn't have a job currently. As we are aware that you need to fill out the form (DS156? ), and provide the information of your employer.What can she do ,is it going to affect her visa because she doesn't work ? Or she has to try to find a job in China first?
Anybody has any idea? any suggestions? I am so anxious .please help.Thanks a lot!!
