According to the Policy of Special Delivery,

""No personal balance billing for obstetrical and anesthesiology services and fees not covered by insurance."

It is quite clear that I shouldn't pay anything~~

Besides, my friend had her child in the same hospital and same program, was billed nothing~~

Apparently, this is the hospital's fault. I don't want to pay just because the amount is small, the thing is, there is no reason for me to pay~~
