even if they probably wont do anything, but at least they will have this file on record.

because now, nothing LEGALLY will be sure stand by your side.no insurence will cover you because there is no police report.

however, you can file a small claim in court, you might need a legal consultant but not a lawyer. Also if this claim result in a hearing, you will need to do your homework before you go for the hearing. knowing where you are coming from and what you want out of this case.

They are THREATENING you, file a police report too as well, i dont know how long has this been, but file a report, and say that they DID verbally assalt you. if there is a way you can file a complain against that company and sepcificlly against that person. YOU CAN PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THEM.
