感謝老魚，再請教另一個---修車被騙

去年聖誕節因為check engine light on導致 emission test failed 修車，第一次花了＄８０，告知是monitor reset，他們reset後，燈確實滅了建議drive 100mile and retest,但是開回回家後燈馬上就亮了．
第二天找他們聯係，他們說開回來檢查，第三天取車時卻給我一個＄３８０的帳單(oxygen sensor changed) 和emission certification(free,但我並不領情，因為30 天內我可以retest without any charge),交涉無效後，付款，然後回家當天向better business burea BBB file claim:
1. the repair is unauthorized
2. the repair is unnecessary(他們自己前一天的diagnosis report說 everything works as designed)
3. the price is unreasonable (at least the part price is 80% higher than autozone)
起初該黑店解釋了第三個，強調他們不和別人比價格，但我指出其未經車主允許換零件然後索要高假屬於fraud,他們再也不理我了，ＢＢＢ說他們不必須回複，但ＢＢＢ會保留該材料三年做為記錄。
事情並沒有完，一個月內（４００－５００miles）check engine light又亮了,而且同時車出現了停車空轉時劇烈抖動的新現象，很可能黑店給做的手腳，而且emission test時做了假……

我能怎麽對付這個黑店呢？？？
