我會按你的建議去做，感覺這種事沒有多大油水，可能沒有律師肯接，我最近諸事不順，確實沒有時間和精力再去折騰這事。擔心的是被original dealer很宰一筆（他們做維護和修車本來就收費不菲，如果知道是第三方責任，估計收費更高），結果還得自己出這筆錢。

生活工作造成很大不便，心情更是鬱悶之極，也不知該不該租車。
