Is Tuesday court appearing arraignment? If yes, your hu*****and should say no-quilty. Then the DA and lawyer talk. The judge does not participate in the negotiation. At pretrial hearing a month or so later, you can change to no-contest or guilty. At that time, a deal is usuallly made.
