前妻帶小孩回中國探親, 怎樣保證小孩按時回來美國呢?

現在是我付責CHILD SUPPORT + SPOUCIAL SUPPORT, & share custody.

我聽說因為中國不是HAGUE CONVENTION 的成員國,要把小孩從中國拿回來會很麻煩.

有沒人有類似的經曆? 我隻想小孩按時回美國.
