什麽是collection? 我是上當了.能否拒絕付帳單?

去年12月初, 有個說中文的女打電話給我, 竭力讓我轉到mci, 還說1個月隻要$16.99加稅, 長途6個月免費, 我聽到有人說中文, 感覺特別親切,就答應了.誰知收到帳單, 哪有那繪事! 一個月的電話費有$30多， 上麵有netlink, long distance, 可我根本就沒有用.當時非常生氣,就轉回了原來的公司, 還多付了申請費. 自那以後,mci這家公司就不停的打電話, 我按原來我公司的basic費用,付了他們一個月的錢, 他們說還欠$25, 並且要collection, 我真不想交, 這明顯是騙人嗎! 我從12.12到1.18, 他們收我$46.

誰是內行? 我該怎麽辦? 非常的生氣, 原因就是上當還上了中國人的當!!!!
