車禍急問，請大家幫忙看看

在過橋收費站前Stop　and　go　mode（average　go　mode車速約２mile），我們的車要進入電子收費的LANE，進入前有約１個半車距的空位，車頭進入該LANE後，前麵的車停了，我們的車不能再動，後麵的TRUCK沒有停，我們拚命按喇叭，他還是以兩邁左右的速度撞了上來。這種情況我們是不是百分百的責任呢？在加州灣區。
