單身老貓，緊急

求助啊。我剛才（晚上10點半）下樓準備開車去實驗室加班，卻發現3個車胎被人劃了口子。小車是停在我租住的公寓的停車場裏。大門還是必須刷卡才能進出的。真是心疼又氣呀。兩個前輪胎我花了300多刀換了才2個月呀。象這樣的情況我該怎麽辦啊。可以找公寓賠償嘛，如果不賠償，我可以要求中斷合同，搬出這個小區嗎？還有我可以打911報警嗎？
