很生氣,PLS HELP, never sell a car to a friend

我買了新車, 一個當時關係很好的女同事主動說要買我的舊車, 所以就一BLUE的半價賣給了她 ( $ 800)，　因為關係很好，就沒有讓她寫ＢＵＹas it is的字拒，車的狀況也很好．
誰知道，兩星期後，車不能啟動了，已經過了兩個多月了，她說修車費用將近　500. and she only drove it for 2 weeks .所以要賣還給我．

現在我拒絕可以嗎，如果上ＣＯＵＲＴ，贏的機會大嗎？我準備再給她$ 100, but that 's it. I have never told her about warranty.
