I need to correct one sentence from my previous poster.

Some charges might get your hu*****and deported. It is not a sure thing.

As for the attorney, if you can not find or can not afford one yourself, the court will assign a public defender (lawyer) to your hu*****and. Court also provides free translator. A good communication with the lawyer is first thing first.
