Your realtor forged signatures perhaps under some oral agreement from all parties or the matter may be not surface because it is not a big deal. Unless some parties contend for harm to their interests, I doubt if ever that comes up. Actually that can be a plus to you. In the case of tax code violation, it's your agent who signed without your written concensus. Sure if you are suffered from this action, you can chase it back through legal proceedings.
