Several years ago, I got my cell phone bill for several hundred due to roaming charge....something I misunderstood it. However, when I talk to them, I ask them for help politely. CSR was also nice, suggest me changing my plan to a good plan which can cover roaming fee, then he could re-rate all my calls. My balance from several hundred dallors down to less $100. Good luck
