Today I just looked up US patent website about my published patents. As I told you before a businessman and I applied 3 patents, two of them were published on June 1, 2006 with both of our names, but today I found on US patent and trademark website that 3 patents were published with only the businessman's name, my name was eliminated from all the patents without my approvement. The titles of the patents are exactly the same as before. How can I do and what can I do?
