a US employer willing to sponsor your H-1B. You can change your F-1 to H-1B. But be careful before you quit your school - new H-1B start on Oct. 1, 2007 for quota 2008. You can apply on or after April 1, 2007. The quota is taken very fast. So you need to prepare to file change of status now in order to file in early April to avoid being too late to get into the quota. If you have not found a sponsor, hurry up. Or wait for next year 2008.
