You need go to the police department to file the Trespass to your house report. When you call the cop, it sounds like the lease problem. But when you file trespass report, that's different issue. You may agree the young couple move in, but not the old couple and the kid. At the same time you may disconnect the utilities, Maybe there is a problem with all the toilet and you can try to fix lots of things in the house.
