STP, ... Tax_1099 questions

My hu*****and and me has a joint account in bank, and it shows his SSN and both of us names on the 1099.I don't have
revenue last year, can I put all the interests as my revenue when
report state tax return. I read the 1099 form instruction, it says I can do it and he doesn't need to write anything. In this way we can save about $200 dollards by filing separately. Thanks. it shows his SSN and both of us names on the 1099
