I am wiriting the cover letter for 1040X, you said

"自付款都是免稅的, 不應該受你的選擇影響." can you tell me the publication number I can use it as the reference for this refunding? Thanks. Amy


隻要比較你W2的#1和#3就可知道, 一般說#1+免稅開支=#3.

如果你確認W2有問題, 要你的單位給更正, 再用1040X要回你多交的稅.
