發現老婆和別的男人在床上，怎樣提供證據訴訟離婚

和老婆一直不合，最近準備搬出去分開住，事實上已經1年半沒有任何夫妻生活了。可是昨天晚上收拾東西，晚上10點多進原來臥室發現老婆和一美國男人躺床上，是穿著內衣的。原來是準備協議（無爭議）離婚的，可這簡直是太侮辱人了。後來和老美及老婆都談了，老婆堅決要房子和孩子，老美說是不要孩子。這種情況顯然是孩子再不能跟她了，可是她又不放，就是讓我出去。夫妻一場，真不願意走向法庭。還是想著協議解決算了，可是到了這步，妻子還是堅持即要房產又要孩子。請問這種情況打官司我怎樣提供證據呢？他們死活不承認怎麽辦？
