一個稅年之內可以同時使用４０１K和IRA嗎？

請教一個問題：一個稅年之內可以同時使用４０１K和IRA嗎？
我在德州。２００６年前３個月在一家公司工作有４０１K。共投入$５７６０。後９個月在另一家公司工作，是contractor的身份。沒有４０１K。請問我還可以在２００６稅年內使用IRA嗎？
