1.H1是不是早一點申請對申請綠卡有利呢?
Probably not for you. TN is more flexible since it doesn't come with 6-year limit like H1B. For many employment based green card(GC) applications, it's a 3-step process that consists of Labour Certificate(LC), I-140, and I-485. There is no conflict to apply for LC when you hold/renew TN. It's probably also ok to apply for I-140 when you have TN. However, you can't renew TN after you I-485, which is last step of GC application. You need to have H1B or EAD at that time.

2.當我換工作時, H1 和 TN 是不是都要重新申請? H1 將占用新公司的名額嗎? 我知道TN 申請很簡單,隻要拿offer,在邊境簽即可.
Yes.

I believe so. However, my info is quite old (a few years back.) You'd better to check it with reliable source.
