There is a word called "integrity".

If your case is real, I would support your claim of "政治避難".

However, lots of persons just forge a reason in exchange to a GC. They don't have any "integrity" of Man to be repected by others. In this case, don't blame other persons to "潑髒水". The person who did that deserve it.
