divorce procedure in CA

I'm just wondering what's the divorce procedure in CA?
I need to go to the court, file a divorce petition first? Then move out?
I have a child, can I take her with me when I move out?
I would prefer to ask my LG to move out since moving out with a kid is some kind of trouble, what if he refuses to move out? Is my only option I move out?
If I do not get a lawyer, we can get a mediator from the court? The judge will decide how much child support he should pay?
If I get a lawyer, usually the lawyer will get 1/3 of your total proterty?
