我是2005年12月到的美國，到現在剛一年。今天到payroll去添表。他們說明年2007是我的第三年，我應該交socieal security 和 medicare，實際上我才來一年，2007是我的第二年。我搞不清到底這時間該怎麽算？請教！！！
