中國醫院出具的證明應該是《出生醫學證明》

醫院出具《出生醫學證明》和嬰兒父母有誤結婚證OR有無準生證沒有關係的。中國從來就沒有任何法律否定非婚生子女的公民權。
In this case《出生醫學證明》can be served as "an official record of the child’s foreign birth"
