Private discrimination is not illegal in this country. The old lady has freedom of speech so the cops will never arrest her. Instead of talking back with the same type of racial slur, I would suggest saying something like "Sounds like you are not happy and have issues to deal with. But they are your issues not mine. I am happy here."
