Tell him if he does not agree. You will hire a lawyer and will definately get half of the common property AND child support. Give him 10 days deadline. You can not be too good to a not responsible man. Things happen, if he is trying to escape the child support in the very beginning, he would definately do it later, especially after he remarry.
