我的心理谘詢師想和我喝咖啡，是非法嗎？

我每２周見我的心理谘詢師。他表達了對我的好感，
可朋友說這是非法的，因為他的職業可以直接影響
被他谘詢的人，因為法律是保護弱者一方，如老師和
學生，導演和演員，牧師和信徒。
