Such companies exist everywhere. Those Chinese companies learnt the unethical from abroad. Don;t just blame Chinese companies. I have to say, though, these types of business conducts not very often here in the States. One suggestion is to contact SBB or suit them in the small claim court if you have time.

Or good to disclose the company name and use internet as the means to teach them a lesson.
