I have talked to insurance, they are not going to pay more

If you go back to read my previous post, you can see that there is a difference between the insurance estimate and list price. I negotiated with dental office about this difference and now they denied it. This is the focus of this case. I will call insurance company one more time later about why they did not even pay their estimate. I acutally talked to them about this once before. but I will try again
