請問怎樣把錢從美國轉到國內去？

國內家裏人缺錢，要8萬美金。我去自己的銀行問，電匯是沒有問題的。但是據朋友說每次取出1萬美金以上，就會在IRS有記錄。會被懷疑逃稅。所以要小額一點點地用現金轉。請問是這樣的嗎？我應該怎樣做？
