公司合並. 被裁的人可以拿數月的"服務保障費". 我們數個被選上去另外公司(
HR的作法, 有法律依據嗎? 公司內部調動工作, 可以違背個人意願? 不去, 屬於辭職嗎? 我在加州. 請法律專家指教.

我還有幾天的時間想辦法把我從名單上拿下. 大家有什麽創造性建議? 我不想搞僵.
