How much would it cost me if I try to settle the case?

medical bill in dipute is 568.14, collection fee is 200, now that it went to the court, collection agency added another 100, I would like to settle with them, how much should I aim for a price? Now the total is about 850, should I look for a 50% discount, or a 10% discount?
