First, all patent applications should be published 18 months after filing under US law.

Second, a patent may be invalidated if its inventor entity is incorrect. Thus, a company normally would be very careful in dealing with inventorship issues. Since you most likely are obligated to assign your patent rights to your company, it would be unlikely that your company has purposely excluded you from being an inventor.

My advice: talk to the patent counsel of your company about your concerns. The counsel should do his best to include you if you should be an inventor.
